About Department
The Department of Computer Science & Engineering offers a 4-year B.Tech program in Computer Science & Engineering and Cyber Security at the undergraduate level. At the postgraduate level, it offers M.Tech in Computer Science & Engineering. The various subjects covered in the Bachelor of Technology are Software Engineering, Design and Analysis of Algorithms, Operating Systems, Database Management Systems, Computer Networks, etc. These subjects have been selected after consulting the best companies in the IT Industry.
The Department has undertaken credible projects in the fields of Software Engineering, Cloud Computing, Image processing, Artificial Intelligence, Networking, Machine learning, etc.
The department has an extensive student engagement framework. Regular interactions, Annual Educational Tours and a Responsive Feedback Mechanism ensure the highest level of student engagement in the education process. The department produces excellent quality PG thesis by ensuring quality-check through plagiarism tools and mandatory quality publications.
Many research seminars are organized on the latest topics by experts/researchers and academicians who help the UG-PG students in having a broad view of the current technologies. It has resulted in a growing list of SCI Publications and Citations by the faculty and students.
