With reference to F.No 1-101/PGRC/AICTE/Regulation/2019 – in exercise of the power conferred under clause (1) of section 23 of the All India Council for Technical Education, Act, 1987 (52 of 1987), and in supersession of the All India Council for Technical Education ( Establishment of Mechanism for Grievance Redressal) Regulation 2012. Following members are constituted.

Roles and responsibilities of the Committee

Maintains the secrecy of complains made by the students.
Encourages the students to express their grievance without hesitation.
Based on the complaints, necessary remedial actions are taken in consultation with authorities.
Deputes faculty members to identify the areas of conflict among students and propagates the strength of unity and collaboration

In case of any grievances, students can submit their request at email id: studentgrievancecell.maqsudan@ctgroup.in. Upon receiving any request, necessary deliberations will be made at the office of the convener. In case of major issues, a committee compressing at least 3 members will be constituted to solve the same All HOD(s)/COD(s) are requested to give a wide circulation to this order.
